i do not suggest any one to move in this complex. it is dirty. carpet are bad. lots of insects. roaches. ---- roaches. the place smells bad. very poor management and service
parking are dangerous. too many car breaking. kitchens are very old and most of the equipment dont work and faucets are dripping . very old air condition. they break down all the time. loud heaters and smell like gas . poor electrical system . bad elevators. they break down at least once a week. you be lucky if you dont get stock in them. poor security inside the biulding. one biulding contractor said they need to tear the biulding down to fix it all.

DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT WE DID. IT IS NOT EASY TO MOVE OUT. VERY SMALL ELEVATORS. AND TAKE FOR EVER TO GET UP AND DOWN.

Landmark Towers recently acquired new management and I believe the problems listed above will eventually be corrected. Currently, it's true the laundry rooms and elevators are not well maintained - neither very clean nor working properly at all times. The building does NOT smell. The kitchens do have old equipment, but when it breaks, it is replaced. If your faucets drip, they will repair them. I honestly don't know what's wrong with the air conditioners, but it's true - they don't work well; although they aren't loud and don't smell like gas. May I make a suggestion to the person who submitted the above comments? SPELL CHECK.

Spell check might be an issue if the property was worthy of moving in to.
