Landmark Towers recently acquired new management and I believe the problems listed above will eventually be corrected.
Currently, it's true the laundry rooms and elevators are not well maintained - neither very clean nor working properly at all times.
The building does NOT smell.
The kitchens do have old equipment, but when it breaks, it is replaced. If your faucets drip, they will repair them. I honestly don't know what's wrong with the air conditioners, but it's true - they don't work well; although they aren't loud and don't smell like gas.
May I make a suggestion to the person who submitted the above comments?
