Where to begin' What a nightmare this place is, sure the rent is cheap, but everything about it sucks! The apartments are old, barely being held together by the million layers of paint. There is so much paint that several of the outlets wouldn't work.

The staff is rude and ignorant. No one seems to know what is going on, even when you car has been towed and you had the proper parking sticker. Forget about having guests over if you work a regular job. You have to get a guest parking tag from the office or they will tow. And the tow truck stalks around the lots like a vulture awaiting a kill.

The whole complex is ghetto. Why not spend a little less on your rims and live in a nicer place' Loud music, car alarms and huge parties are normal. The hallways reek of curry or grease or any combination of nasty smells.

Cockroaches abound, and you CAN NOT get rid of them!!! They will come and spray, but when the people in your building are complete slobs it is hard to keep the vermin away. There were lots of roaches, they are all over the buildings inside and out and some were B-movie large. There are also nastly black wasps that get in the windows, there are no screens.

No a/c and heat that is controlled by the complex leads to sweltering heat and freezing nights. Issues with water, electrical fires and crime.

The laundry rooms are gross, the snow removal is awful and repairs were haphazard and poorly done.

To recap. The office staff is evil and ignorant. The apartments are nasty, full of bugs and just waiting to fall apart. The "neighborhood" is a third world ghetto of oboxious people with car alarms and 10 kids. There are no amenities, unless you count the death trap of a playground. Trust me, it is worth the extra $100-$200 a month to live somewhere clean and safe!!!

Stay away!!!!!
