Office staffs are so rude

The appartment is cheap but you get what you pay. The office staffs are so rude, and make a big deal of little mistakes. If somebody send you a package using UPS/FedEx, be prepare to have problems if nobody at home to receive it, since the office won't take it.
In short, the service are so bad, and they are ready to make your credit bad by threatening you that they are going to kick you out and report it to credit bureau for little mistake you made. They have zero tolerance for your mistakes.
