Please do not move here. Save yourself the problems and headache of being here. The rent seems cheap, but the problems are numerous.
The staff are ignorant and not helpful. You can be kind, professional, and polite, but they will be miserable and nasty in return.
Towing is bad and it is impossible to get guest parking. Our car was towed by mistake and they wouldn't compensate us for the trouble of getting it back.
There are many roaches and bugs. Many of the people who live in the buildings have large families and are not clean. Roaches will crawl in under your door. They spray but it does nothing, the roaches and ugly centipedes never go away.
There are no safety doors on the buildings, anyone can walk right in. I saw people drinking in the parking lot and smoking pot. There were huge parties with loud music and too many people. Car alarms were horrible, sometimes they would go off for hours. No one cares, neighbors are not nice.
Kitchens are tiny, no screens on windows and no air conditioning. Maintainance doesn't fix things quickly or properly and they get angry when you have a genuine emergency.
They put bad things on your lease record to get you in trouble, even when you always paid on time and were very kind to the staff.
Laundry rooms are dirty with old machines. The playground is dangerous, it looks like it will fall down and hurt some child.

What are you talkin about. The familys here are small and are clean. You better get your facts right before you put all this trash in the internet. For your info it may be nasty but the enviroment is really quiet and fun. Have you have experienced the fresh air outside of these apartments. Have you seen the people. Maybe you haven't had a happy mood toward the people. Maybe your next door neighbor was retarted but not everyone here is like that. So get ur facts straight. Do you need glasses. I mean I have them and I can see, RIGHT!!! If you wants me 2 I'll bring all the roaches to were u live and then what? Huh?? Will u move from there. No honey u won't. You may of not liked it here but baby I've lived here since I was 1 and I am 23 and still livin here and I don't see roaches crawlin in my house. MAybe u aint clean. Enjoy ur day. Bye!!
