Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
having stayed in this apartment for a year, i guess i will not stay there again even if the rent is free. it is amazing to know that in this cold whether, (October - November 2005) these people have not turn on the heater. i dont want to talk about the summer. you have to get the best of the fans or you have to buy your own air condition and pay them again to install it. i guess this place need to be renovated to meet the 21st centurary standard. Remember 'cheap things are always expensive'
