The ownwer / property manager is very neglegent with this apartment complex. When you move in if you get lonely you will have mice and roaches to keep you company. They come out of the large cracks in the walls and floors.

In the past year alone there have been 3 apartment fires, men beating women in the parking lot,gunshots, gang members who come out at night like the roaches. You will also have to deal with constant noise, these walls are paper thin. You will always hear walking above and beside you. There's no carpeting, and the neighbors don't put carpets down to muffle the noise.

Oh, lets not forget the "wonderful" staff. Who are so gracious and willing to help (yeah right) If they are not making sexist remarks (owner) or commenting on how "dirty immigrants are" they are ignoring maintenance requests of the tenents.
Plan to have no heat, and I mean no heat. The heat is not controlled within the apartment, but in one central place. Plan on waking up on below freezing days with no heat. Oh then that means in the summer no AC either. Even with 2 airconditioners in the apartment, it rarely gets cool. It seems cooler outside on summer nights than it ever will in your apartment during the summer. If you think it will be no big deal, wait until August.

I tried looking into the place yesterday. And after reading these reviews. I'm glad I stayed away. I spoke to a lady for directions to the place. Her english was difficult to understand but she got mad at me when I needed more directions. She kept on telling me to listen to her when I simply couldn't understand her english. She was so rude. When I got to the apartments to check it out, I found her, and she was soooo rude. She just gave me the key to apartment, asked me to leave my license and said good bye and told me she wouldn't talk to me. Later she clarified and said she would only answers questions when I got back. The impression she left me was just bad. I didn't feel like giving my money or even just leaving my license with someone like that. So after a few seconds, I threw the apartment key she gave me (for viewing) back to her desk, told her she was so rude and that I wasn't interested. She just kept silent and seemed surprised. Then I left. I thought I made a mistake, but apparently, my instinct and experience was right. Thanks for posting your reviews.
