I have lived many places in my times, some better that others, but I must say I would not recommend Larchmont to anyone. The shower water temperature modulate between hot and cold, In the winter you have to wait for the managment to turn on the heat, the apartments do not feature air conditionaing, the parking arragement is ridiculous and I been towed twice in the year that I lived there.
The only good thing I can say about Larchmont is that it was cheap enough to allow me to save up to buy my first home, but during the year that I lived there I was constantlly motivated to move out.
Again, I do not recommend Larchmont to anyone.
