A bad place to live!!!

This place is just terrible. If you do laundry at this apartment complex, you have to suffer through the rotten garbage smells from the garbage room which abuts the laundry room. You have to walk through garbage and other trash just to get to the laundry machines. I have seen garbage bags on the floor with holes that were created by some rats or mice.
When you visit for the first time or are getting ready to sign you lease, management tells all kinds of misleading information to get you in the door. You, as a tenant, are expected to follow the rules of the property and abide by the lease (as it should be). The Management does not. They are all talk!! They do not enforce the rules.
The only good thing that I have found about the apartment complex is that the maintenance is really good and will respond to any problem within 24 hours or sooner if it is an emergency and are friendly.
Also, the parking is so tight. If you don't care about your car, then park in the lot because your car will certainly have dents in the doors really soon.
