Yes, the apartment it self is quite nice, but the surrounding factors do not make it worth it. I constantly hear the noisy nieghbors who are extremely incosiderate, rude, loud and seem to have a bug infestation which unfortunatly affects my apartment as well. I have notified management, but the problems have persisted. How many letters does it take to get something done about it' I don't know. I agree with the previous comment about the trash/laundry room. It is rediculous to clean your clothes in a nasty smelly area. I don't know how people who live over the laundry room do it. I'm sure thier apartment gets the smell of trash and the noise from the laundry. Oh-yeah, they recently repainted the parking lot spaces and they are so narrow now. You are definately better off parking in the street. My car has acquired numerous dings since living here. And the towing company they use are definatly crooked. I have witnessed them messing around inside of a car for 20 minutes before towing it away. I would not be surprised if they remove a leagally placed visitors pass. If you like living in slum, this place is for you. I don't know about the aprtments from the previous comments, but I haven't had peace since living here. I can't wait to move.
