10 years here and still happy!! From: TimandMaggie@juno.com Date posted: 9/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2004   My husband and I have lived here since we were married in 1994. Both my husband and I grew up in this neighborhood. The community is quiet. WIth all of the trees, birds and squirrels it is almost like living in a park. We often walk through the neighborhood and have no reason to be afraid. It is a very convenient location close to lots of shopping. On a nice night we walk to Shirlington to eat and see a movie. The staff here is great especially maintenance. Steve and Fredy are great. They know pretty much everyone by name and often crack jokes with residents when they come to fix things. We are happy here and just wanted to let everyone else know that the comments made by few are not the views shared by all. With apartment living you must expect to have a bad egg for a neighbor at some point. We had problems with a past neighbor upstairs. We sent managment a letter and it was taken care of. They have always responded to us and maintenance is same day service.
