Lloyd Apartments

Ok place, Great price! From: jenne1017 Date posted: 4/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   I lived here from 2002-2006. I used to love it. Until the guys next door moved out and the roaches moved in. The pros: * Any problem I've ever had has been resolved promptly. Steve and Freddy, the maintenance crew, are wonderful. If I ever have to call them, my problem is fixed within 24 hours. * All utils are included in rent! * Giant Supermarket within walking distance. * Nice hardwood floors, despite their age! * Situated in nice, family residence neighborhood. Mix of ethnicities as well! Cons: * HUGE bug issues. Roaches are big and the apartments are old. No matter how many times the exterminator came, the bugs never left. It got to be too much, which is why we moved. * Some streets aren't as well lit as others. It makes you look over your shoulder when walking home. * Not Metro Accessible and buses stop running by midnight. * The laundry rooms are in the basement of SOME buildings. They are not painted and are quite dirty. Roaches live there too. As well as ants, spiders, etc. We wound up going to the landromat! * I also wish they had an elevator, but the buildings are so old and I am just lazy!
