I was looking at this site and I noticed a few negative comments. I think I know who some of these comments came from and they were constant complainers. Here are some positive comments from me.
I want to say how great it has been living here for the last 7 years. The location for shopping and public transportation is fantastic. My commute is 30 minutes away from work in Washington, D.C..
The staff is wonderful! Melissa Pettit, the resident manager, is such a great person. She is always professional, friendly and prompt in resolving any problem or need I have. I enjoy coming by and saying hi to her. There should be more Melissa Pettit's in this world!
Steve Levin, the chief engineer, is funny, kind and helpful. He has been here for over a decade. He is very quick to respond to any maintenance problem that I've had. His sense of humour makes me laugh and sometimes shake my head. I hope he is here another decade!
He also has a great staff! Freddie, Carlos, Brian and as well as other staff make this place a great place to live.
The price is decent and not having to pay for water, gas and electricity is another plus. I have trees all around my apartment and the neighborhood is quiet. I feel lucky to have stumbled onto this place.
