I have live at Lloyd Apartments since February and have no complaints at all. Yes, the apartment are older, but you get the since that you are home and safe. This is my first apartment and I can say this is the only place that gave me a chance being a first time renter and offered me a lot more then I asked for. Ok, the trash room and laundry are close together, so what! For the price, safety, peace that you feel when you live here its all worth it. I couldnt have been happier. There are several police officers in the complex and I have one in my building. As a woman, you will feel safe. There are no people hanging around at night. Maintenance is speedy! The grounds are beautiful.

If you are looking for a place close to DC metro, reasonable rent, safety, and a pleasant neighborhood come to this complex.
