I've been living at Lloyd Apartments for a little over three months and so far no problems. The garbage is in the laundry room but if you do your laundry on Monday or Tuesday there's never a smell and i haven't had to walk through garbage to get to the machines yet. I've seen a couple of dead roaches (only three) but since they were dead i figured they were doing a pretty good job trying to kill them off. No mice or other infestation problems. One thing i didn't like is the 17 coats of paint they decided to put on the heater, which when the heaters turned on this earlier this month the paint cracked and piecs got all over the floor and stuck because of the heat. The staff is wonderful and very very helpful. I was very surprised about the size of the parking spots which for my little ford escort i could probably park two in one spot. After 8:00 pm there are none left in the parking lot but alwasy tons on the street. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, i might have just lucked out but i'm next to a nice quite single mother with two kids and someone else who i haven't seen. I've never been disturbed at night.
