ROACHES, ROACHES AND MORE ROACHES..THE NOISE CAN ALSO BE A BIT MUCH AT TIMES.YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING FROM PEOPLE ENTERING THE BUILDING TO KEYS JINGLING. THE SMELLS IN THE HALLWAYS TEND TO GET OUT OF HAND AS WELL SOMETIMES THEY MAKE THEIR WAY INTO YOUR APT. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR RENT IS CHEAP FOR A REASON. I HAVE TO CALL THEM ONCE A MONTH TO COME AND FIX SOMETHING OR TAKE CARE OF AN ISSUE. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY! AND THE ELECTRICITY IS ALWAYS GOING OFF AND WE ARE LOCATED RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE ELECTRIC COMPANY..

Have you ever bothered to have the Pest Inspector come through and exterminate in your apartment? He comes every Thursday...
Yes, if you hang out near your front door, you can hear people in the stairwell. I've never had problems with smells coming in, but you can just buy a draught stopper for that.
And when you call the office, doesn't the maintenance staff always do a great and fast job?
How can you blame loss of electricity on the apartments? We've lost power in heavy storms but it's always back on soon, even though other people, especially in Park Fairfax still have no power.
