just because you spend more money on an apartment does not mean the service or building will be better. i moved from an expensive apartment complex to the lloyd apartments and i've never made such a better decision. i love it here. i guess it also depends on your neighbors. i fortunately have quiet neighbors and even when they have their music turned up a bit i never hear it while i'm in my apartment...maybe if i'm out in the hallway in front of their door but it's extremely quiet inside which i love.
