You really can't beat the price and location. There are a few negative aspects though. The parking spaces could be bigger. I always seem to be squeezing out of my car door. The laundry rooms are atrocious. The interior decorating leaves a lot to be desired. Also, my neighbors are noisy. The kid is always running around and jumping and it's very annoying. Don't know if I'll renew my lease we'll see.

I think the parking spaces are adequate. I have a large 4 door sedan, mind you I don't own an SUV, but I never have problems with parking. There is always enough space on either sides of my car. Another point I'd like to make, is that the people who live here, know how to park their vehicles. Where I used to live, people would double-park all the time. Or they'd be fitting one space but their vehicle would be parked at an angle, so it would be difficult to park next to. Here at Lloyd Aparments, I never once have run into a problem with the way other people park. People are corteous and thoughtful.
