Great spacious apartment built for comfortable living for one in one bedroom apartment. All utilities for the price you pay' You can't beat it! The staff and maintenance crew are very adequate and they handle your problems as soon as possible. Neighbors' Some are nice, some a jerks. You would say hello and they would just look at you. The parking sucks if you come home later in the evening around 8p-4a so you would have to park on the streets or in another parking lot. But all and all, it's really nice. The grounds are kept clean because they have a cleaning crew during the day. If you are off from work, you'll see them! But I do recommend this apartment complex for those who like living in safe neighborhoods, inexpensive living (free utilities), spacious apartments, and great location!
