I think the place is great for what I paid for in rent. Its a deal as long as you don't mind there being roaches, ants, things running through the walls in the winter time, a tub clogging constantly, having no control of heat in the winter other then your window, and no circuit breaker in your apt so you have to call maintenance.

if you are the one to shower and take a bath in your tub, then you are the one clogging it. instead of crying about it (WAH!!)you should be glad you have the luxury of living in an apartment complex that will fix for free what YOU messed up , because if you lived in a house or condo, you would be spending hundreds of dollars to fix the problems you created. oh yeah, WAH!!

I can attest to this person's tub clogging. It's going to happen, it's an old building people! The plumbing is probably as old as my parents. Yes, the drain will obviously clog faster with use. My drain was a little clogged when I first moved in and over time, with use, the clog got a lot worse. But I just called the office and they sent the maintenance people over, who fixed my tub right up. Since then, I know the drain has slowly begun to clog back up. But it's an old building with old plumbing. It's going to happen! I'll just do what I can to keep the clogging down and I know the maintenance staff will do what they can to get rid of it.

Another thing is, yes there are bugs. There are going to be bugs, it's a wooded area and an old building. But I think what's fantastic, is that the pest inspector comes every Thursday, and if you ever have an issue with bugs in your apartment, you can call the office and they will be sure to have the Pest Inspector come out to your apartment.

I agree you definitely get what you pay for. These buildings are infested with roaches and all sorts of bugs, everywhere. It doesn't matter if your apartment is clean and spotless, the suckers are always around. They crawl at night probably transmiting diseases to you and your kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
