A good place and good staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I moved here on September 1. Having lived here for only three weeks, I cannot offer a comprehensive review of Lloyd Apartment. Nevertheless, I can say that generally Lloyd Apartment is a good place to live, and the staff are very friendly, and I've got to love this place more and more. It is true that the buildings are old, and the conditions are not as good as in newer buildings, but the staff are doing an excellent job to compensate for this. One day when I returned home, I opened the door, but could not take the key off the door. I dialed the emergency number, and the maintainence staff came immediately to take care of it. The next day I returned home to find two new keys and a note indicating that the lock had been completedly fixed and the broken light bulb had been changed. (The light bulb got broken while the maintainence staff was fixing the lock that evening, so he took note of it, and the other maintainence guy on duty the next day replaced the broken bulb with a new one.) They are very effiencient and helpful.
