I just moved in a couple of days ago.I am so happy that i chose this apartment. Stacy and Melissa in the rental office had been very nice anmd helpful. Steve and Freddie of the maintenance are very responsive. The staff are very friendly and they've been for years.Yes,its an old building built in 1950's but its well maintained. My living room is huge. All my friends who cam here to visit me said that this is probably one of the biggest apartment they have seen.Bedrrom is medium size with two big closets.I also have two bigh closets near my bathroom and at the entrance door.My bathroom is big.Its an old style, there are cracks on the floor but this was the original from the 1950's.You can see the character and how strong the foundation is(which is hard to find nowadays). The kitchen is medium size. There is no dishwasher and washer/dryer but there is a laundry room in the building next to me. The laundry room and trash are in one room buy the staff kept it clean. The grounds are well maintain and you dont see people roaming around. Its very quiet and we are in a residential area.Parking is ample.I had no problem. Utilities are all paid for.You cannot beat the price considering its near Pentagon,DC,Crystal City and I-395.How can i forget the beautiful hardwood floors' I feel safe as two of my neighbors are police officers. It looks like the residents here looks decent.I am on the third floor.Had to deal with stairs as there are no elevators. I hear nothing when i am inside the apartment.Noise is not an issue. To summarize,i am happy to find this place and its highly recommended
