The apartments are older, but well maintained and spacious. The staff is excellant. They are provided at a good price for the area. Onsite laundry and trash facilities are poor because they are smelly and poorly lit. They are combined together in a basment like area. That is the only downside of these apartments.

since this review has been posted...they have fixed the poorly lit and smelly laundry and trash facilities..kudos to the mgmt and staff
