Wonderful place From: ben@benwatson.org Date posted: 1/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   MY wife and I lived in this place for 2 years, from 8/2004 until 12/2006. We LOVED it. It was cheap, quiet, wonderful neighborhood, the most friendly and helpful staff we could have asked for. We finally moved out to get more space and w/d in the apartment, but at Lloyd at least there were plenty of laundry rooms throughout the area, which were always kept clean. We had very few problems, but everytime we did, someone was sent out fairly quickly. Bottom line is that this place is small and old, but it's extremely well-kept, very affordable, quiet, and a nice, comfortable place to live.
