I think the best thing about the apartments was the location and the management and maintenance staff. While the buildings are older, I had no problems that couldn't be corrected quickly by maintenance. Pests may have been a problem in some apartments, but I kept mine neat and clean and took advantage of the apartment's pest management services (spraying). I had no problems with pests.

If you want a nice, safe, central location with all utilities at a reasonable price, these apartments are for you.

If you want newer construction or lots of amenities, you will have to go elsewhere and pay substantially more.
