We were only at Lloyd for 6 months, but found the staff to be very warm, friendly, and accomodating. Lloyd doesn't have the frills of newer buildings, but it seems well built and everything in our apartment was in perfect working order. We had an issue with plumbing once, and it was fixed the same day. Parking was completely adequate, lots did fill up on occassion, but there was plenty of street parking available. Neighbors were friendly, lots of family, and a very safe and inviting place to live. One complaint is the state of the laundry facilities. It just seems a little gross down there, since the laundry rooms are right next to the trash rooms. But, there are several other laundromats in the neighborhood.

Moving in and checking out was a breeze. The management is honest, direct and helpful.

If you're looking for newly finished hardwood floors, granite countertops and a fitness center, this is not the place for you. If you want a reasonably priced apartment, lots of space, honest and trustworthy management, I sincerely hope you will check it out.

parking is a nightmare depending on what street you are living on. Half the time we park on another street because there is always parking there, but not on ours.
