I have no clue how this place got these positive reviews, other than if they were written by employees.
I've lived at this place for over ten years and it's gone from acceptable to bad to worse. They've raised rent around $300 in the past two years, and the services and maintenance have just gotten worse and worse. We can't even get packages from UPS or FEDEX unless we're home: the office refuses delivery. Every other place I've ever heard of at least has an office that will accept packages.
The parking spaces are the smallest I've ever seen--a few years back when parking was tight, they just repainted the lines.
The "construction" they're doing has been going on for about two years now, and it's loud, dirty, and incredibly annoying. I have suspicions this place is going to go condo, because they're spending a lot of money making improvements to the exterior and the lobby, and meanwhile the apartment interiors are literally falling apart.
Maintenance used to be pretty good, then as the older and more experienced staff left, turn over increased to the point where they've only been able to hang on to the least qualified and least competent. It's a total nightmare now, and I generally only call maintenance if there's something that needs to be fixed that I can't handle myself.
You don't want to live here--every other apartment building I've looked at in the area is newer, nicer, and cheaper.
I'm only living here until I close on my house--do yourself a favor and either buy a place (the rent they're charging is basically the same price as a mortgage), or rent anywhere but here. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
