Good deal From: raina511 Date posted: 9/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I lived in LP for a year and was sad to go. Pros: -I found the staff helpful and knowledgabe (during the week only) and any request for maitenace prompt. - The fitness center is great (I canceld my Gold's Gym membership) and has good hours. -Within minutes of I-395,I-495, and walking distance to Landmark Mall -Large Units Cons: -Visitor Parking is non-existant vistiors have o park on the street or risk bieng towed beginning at 12:00am -Complex across the street from Fire Station. The only problems I experianced were with my own roomates and an obnoxious tenant beneath me and I would recommend the apt. with not regrets.
