Wow! I was just reading pod13's comments and quite surprised!! I have lived here for 5 years and have never had any major complaints. I have NEVER seen a ---- roach here, nor have I ever heard of anyone else having that complaint. LPT is on a rotation schedule for extermination to ensure this problem doesn't arise, in fact...pod13 states that you have to clear your cabinets, which is a total lie. The exterminator uses gel, in which case, you ARE NOT required to empty anything! And it is top of the line stuff. As far as maintenance problems, I have had a few, but every problem I've had was taken care of in a prompt, professional and friendly manner. And as for parking, have never had a problem, even late at night, there always seems tyo be a spaces available somewhere on the lot.
I have rented many apts before and I have to say that this place is the best that I have lived at. Beginning with the friendly staff to the spacious, well-maintained apt and buildings. For the size and quality of the apts....you cannot beat the price either! I have even recommended this place to my boss!

This is a total lie. I live here now four years later and the roaches have almost completely taken over. I thought when I went to the rental office to pay my rent a couple months ago, they hired one as a leasing consultant. The comment above was most likely left by a member of the London Park Staff.

nightmareondukestreet must work for a competing appartment complex or has a hate complex, we have lived there for 9 years and it is always very good service by maintence and management
