Highrise does leak water from floor to floor, via those convectors, ask anyone with curling wood floors under their carpet.
heat/ a/c has a master control which is computer controlled to cut back based on the outside air temp.
Roaches and mice run wild up and down the trash cutes.
Windows are a joke, instead of remodeling the lobby, they should have replaced those 40 year old windows which let the air in and out along with the water.
Water is restricted to reduce pressure and usage, wonderful showers...drip, drip, drip.
Be careful, just because everything is included does not mean it is a deal!

You can't just raise/lower a chilled/heated water circulation system. It takes a couple of days for the temperature to stabilize throughout the entire system. So the idea of a "Master" controller cutting back heating/cooling based on outside air temperature is ludicrous.
If mice/roaches run up/down the trash chutes, that is the fault of filthy residents, either leaving their trash sitting in the trash rooms instead of using the chutes, or dumping unbagged trash down the chutes. That is not management's fault.
I've never had a day's problem with my showers - plenty of hot water and no pressure restrictions or problems.
