This place is terrible overall. The rent raises each year. Parking sucks and there is advertised things that can't be used. (i.e. club room)
Maintenance is slow in coming to fix things. (Still waiting after two years) The only good thing is the front office leasing staff. Always there with smiles.
I also have complained because of neighbors upstairs seem to be pounding the floor every night but I have still had nothing happen.

Yes, they raise rents yearly. I've never lived in an apartment complex where that DIDN'T happen. That's a basic fact of apartment life.
Maintennance has always fixed my problems within 24 hours, and a couple of times they were up in less than two hours.
Parking? In Alexandria? Come on. Having said that, I often work hours getting me home well after 1:00 am (sometimes closer to 3am) and only twice have I had to find a place on the street. God forbid you have to walk from the back of the lot to the back door (gasp).

Why did you post the same complaint after everyone else's review on the board? Does your opinion matter more than everyone else's? It looks like you're pretty bitter about this club room situation; don't let it take over your entire life.

London Park is awful. The bug problem has gotten out of control. I asked the leasing office to send someone to spray and they came to my apartment and left traps. Traps are great, but you need to spray as well. I also requested repair on a leaky shower head. Well it looks as though they simply turned the shower head, because the leak is in another direction. The "renovated" apartments are a joke. And lets not get started on parking. Who ever heard of never giving out guest passes. Not even on the weekend. The cleaning staff does a half ass job cleaning the halls and elevators. They constantly smell. The trash room on my floor has the entire baseboard ripped out and has been that way for weeks. Great way to keep the bugs out.
Used to be a great place for the money and location. But no longer worth it. The property is now mediocre at best.
