They Tow Your Visitor's Cars After Midnight

I was visiting a friend who lives at London Park Towers late on a Saturday night and within an hour my car was towed. It took me a while to find out what company did the towing (CJ Towing Enterprises, Inc.), which requires $100 cash. I understand management's concern in keeping parking available, but they never notified residents that any car in the lot after a certain hour would be towed, regardless of how little time that car was in the lot. This apparent change in policy is quite discourteous and inconsiderate of the tenants of London Park Towers. If the property managers wish to be so fervant in enforcing a towing policy, they should notify residents, so the residents can forewarn their guests to leave by midnight.

Regarding parking:
It shouldn't have taken very long to figure out who to call about your car being towed, as it is posted at both entrances to the lot. It is also posted that non-resident vehicles are subject to being towed, period. It doesn't mention time restrictions. Non-decaled cars could be towed at 12:30 in the afternoon just as well as 12:30 at night. This is is also spelled out in the lease. Don't blame the management for the leasee's inability to read their lease!

Yep I agree. I lived there from 1993-2000 and had to learn my lesson the hard way about towing though there are signs. You just have to look.

I am currently a resident and was told from the day I received my keys that towing is strictly enforced.

I've been here only a few days and I already know the towing situation. Midnight to 6 am is when visitors can't park in our lots. Whats wrong with that?
