you will dread the quality of life and neighbors you will encounter. You can hear everything, smell everything, from your neighbors. Kids play in the hallways, roaches from the trash, parking nightmare late at night. Forget about street parking there is not any, knock on doors, do not believe a word from Kay people, truth is Kay people don't care just write most of their own reviews for all their properties.

Don't blame Kay for the slobs that don't throw their trash down the chutes but leave it in the trash rooms! Also, I come home all the time at 2 or 3 in the morning and only have had to find off-site parking ONCE in over a year. God forbid you have to walk from the back of the apartment parking lot to the back door (gasp).

I agree with bike bryan...I never had to park off site ever, and I party till LATE everyday

I don't know where the 2 of you live but there is nver any parking after 8 or 9 at night, unless you want to walk. They are not slobs-the management and maintenance are poor. There would be no trash being left in the trash room if they emptied the trash from downstairs. Get it right. That trash is only there because of the back up.
