The apartments are really spacious, you really cannot control the spices/herbs people cook, so yes the hallaways may be offensive (but that's life). Parking is absolutely ridiculous, you cannot have visitors, the street parking is ALWAYS full, and the towing information is located around the community. When I moved in, they mentioned the towing policy and procedure. However, you cannot have guests, parking is a mess. The maintenance staff are pretty friendly and courteous, but many of them are on the job training, therefore, you may call in the same problem 3 or 4 times. The office people are nice but they can bad days too.
