Not the greatest place, but not the worst.

I have been a resident at 5335 since October and it has been nothing but a roller coaster of issues. When I first moved in, there were some many problems with the place and getting maintained to fix them was a nightmare. The "tiles" were loose the in master bathroom. There was no hot water at 5am. The doors had not all been replaced, the balcony door didn't close all the way, both toilets ran, the 3 bedroom window leaked, I mean the list goes on and on. They have finally fixed all the issues with the exception of the leaking window which they claim is a property wide issue and that the management company will not give them money to replace the windows. The windows are so old and there is so much cold air comes in during the winter. The "secure" access door is usually broken so you see all sorts of shady people coming in. There was a roach problem but they sprayed the entire building at that has since stopped. The parking is a nightmare. If you are not parked by 7pm forget about it. You have t o either park in the back in the dark where you can't see your car, or on the street. The noise from other people is minimal but there is a fire station beside of the property, so you hear that all the time. The managers are great but donāt you DARE be late on your rent or else they take you to court your first time. There are so many un-supervised kids running around, you really have to wonder were their parents are. Overall, I wouldn't live here if I would not have had to move on such short notice.
