They have a master control to limit the amount of heat and a/c you receive. Don't be fooled, that thermostat on your wall is merely a decoration at best. When the wind blows your apartment begins to whistle, when it rains your apartment leaks. If Kay would spend as much money on the apartments as they do making the rental office look nice it might be a half way decent place to live. I think Kay is more into making it's employees happy than making the residents happy. But as other reviewers have stated Kay puts on a good front for perspectives, but once your in, forget it till your lease comes up for renewal

1. They don't have a master control for your thermostats. The system uses heated/cooled water that takes DAYS to cool off or heat. Yes, it will never get hotter or cooler than the water they circulate, but in the winter I used fans and in the summer I sometimes wore sweats, all with the fans switched OFF. I'd say this was pretty good temp offerings.
2. Never had problems with the wind rattling windows or leaking.
3. What's your beef? This is the second EXAM SAME complaints you have issued. Relax, sphincter-boy.
