All I will say is that after a few years, the place is okay, but I am still considering buying a condo, or looking for a new place. The rent increase is really unnecessary considering that service has gone down ever since THAT GIRL took over managing the place.

Yes, the hallways do smell, mostly because you have a lot of people cooking ethnic foods (at least on my floor) and some neighbors either have more people in the house than they should, or they look like they don't bathe.

The rodent problem can be kept to a minimum by keeping your apartment clean and setting down a few well placed mice traps. I keep my place clean, bought traps, haven't seen any rodents or critters in over a year, save for an occasional baby spider or a centipede.

The outside looks nice, and we could all save money on the water bill if London Park would quit running the fountains all the time. I've seen the fountain on during rainshowers and thunderstorms. They really should cover that fountain, because it's unnecessary and it's an environmental waste.

Lastly, beware that while the residents in London Park are mostly working couples, working singles, a few grad students and a few grandmas, you have some people that don't know how to live. Last Sunday morning at 6 a.m., there was a drunken fight in the parking lot that almost turned violent from the sound of it. So buy earplugs for the weekend if you move here, because apparently some of the young people don't know how to respect their neighbors and hold their liquor.
Also be aware that sometimes, people don't know how to park and open car doors, so expect to have your car nicked and bumped.

We have secure access, but in my building, someone always rigs the door on the weekends so that you can just walk right in. Must be someone keeping it open for their boyfriend, or one of those people that have 12 residents in a 2 bedroom (I wish I were joking but it's true).

Like I said, it's an okay place, but for what you pay here, I'm sure you just pay a mortgage and get a nice house or condo. I will soon, I hope!

I have also noticed that after living here for a few years we have seen a increase in thugs (specifically 5 black males and 3 black females between the ages of 16 and 20) that are hanging around the fountain area who DO NOT even live in London Park. We have also seen these same individuals hanging out around the doors, selling drugs in front of one of the buildings, carrying a small bat and we have also found a empty drug bag near our vehicle. For the most part living here has been ok.....Maintenance has always been there when we needed them....

I believe that we should report to the police if there are some people that doing or selling drugs around the apartment. Ashley told me that they are cops live in these apartments. I saw some cops several times in front of 5405 building. I don't like those people talking so loud and standing outside at the fountain. I believe that the tenant should not allow more than 1 person to live within the apartment for 1 or two bedrooms. We pay for water base on how many people live in the suite. For 3 months now my water bills went up 50%. Is the tenant pay for water outside for the plants? I never recommend this apartment to anyone.

Would it be better if the 5 black males and 3 black females were white? If so, how? The people who start the fights on the weekends sound like they are white people.
