I lived at Lynbrook for about 3 years. I did ont have any really bad problems. The only problem sometimes is the parking and the noise. For my first year, the noise was really loud. The people under me were constantly having their music up high, like they were running a club in their apartment! As far as the laundry facilities, sometimes it does not work. There are people who leave their clothes in the washer and/or dryer. The rent is starting to increase, and I can't see myself shelling out a lot of money ($1,200 ) for a 1 bedroom apartment that is of average quality.
