The rodent and cricket problem in other complaints from the past are still present. Mine hasnt been an extreme infestation, but We've caught 4 mice in as many months. The crickets have been a problem since the first day.
The maintenance personnel are friendly, helpful and have always finished all work in the apartment to my satisfaction.
Management is less than adequate. My car was towed once earlier this year, and it had the appropriate sticker in the windshield, showing that I was a tenant. Management approached this situation like they do most, they tried to find some excuse why it was my fault.
There has been a constant turnover of personnel in the front office, and you'd think with that much turnover, we'd eventually get a winner. NO SUCH LUCK
