I spent four years there with no complaints. The rent increases were in line with the market - I even negotiated a smaller increase with the largest increase while I was there. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. Things got fixed when I asked. My big complaint was the towing company - I never got towed, but husband almost got hit when they were running with the lights off, trying to get to a car. The apartments are older, I am convinced there were a few systemic plumbing problems where I lived, but the rent was reasonable, the management was nice, and I had no real problems.
