I have lived here for 4 years now and I am happy. I don't have a problem with roaches or rats. I think I see spiders more than anything. Close to everything and quiet. I have been lucky with my neightbors. Although sometimes people passing by can be loud if it is quiet inside the house and my apartment window is facing the street so I can get a little noise from the traffic. There are 3 pools in the area, gyms, close to to schools and rec centers which is good if you have kids. They also have tennis courts and basketball courts and hand ball courts.
