I am very happy living here, no problems at all, quiet friendly neighbors...I had to call maintance at 9pm and he was here within 30 min to fix the problem. Personable staff and tight parking restictions. GREAT location, grounds well kept, maintance people who sweep and keep laundry rooms clean....only that sucks is pool hours.
