Our toilet overflowed many times in our first week of living there.
From the first day my wife and I moved in 2 years ago there has been a huge cockroach problem. We see about 6-8 cockroaches a day and we keep our apartment very clean with as little clutter as possible. My wife woke up in the night and she had a cockroach on her face!
We were late on our rent once because we were away and forgot to pay it before we left, so we called them before the rent was due and explained our situation. The agent said "No problem, you will have to pay the late fee, but you can just pay it when you return" When we returned from our trip there was two notices on our door saying they were taking us to court!
Our neigbors are very loud. The one above us blasts the TV and screams on the phone, we can hear every word he sais. We have other neigbors that blast music outside all night long in the summer. Also, their young kids are out running around until 3am screaming and yelling.
We get notices on our door periodically about robberies, muggings, and rapes in the general area.
Parking is not very good, and visitor parking is in the middle of nowhere in a secluded wooded area, about a 10 minute walk from our apartment.
