I rented from Rhodes & Rhodes - when I first moved into the apt it was infested with fleas...they came out within a week of being there. (I didn't have any pets) What'd they do' Gave me a bomb for me to discharge. I moved later to another apt in the complex - another disaster, it was filty but I had to move...nor was it painted - later (within a couple of wks) I had to move all of my furniture into the middle of the apt and fortunately covered some of it. The guy came in and painted my apt., not covering anything so I got a fine mist of paint on some of my belongings. UGH! There was a problem with mice - lovely! The roaches were horrible. Their solution is to do a floor a month, so the roaches just move from floor to floor. Maintence is a diaster - clueless really, it was easier to fix the problem myself rather than contact them and be sold AMWAY products. I wouldn't reccommend renting from R & R if you have a resonable standard of living. The only plus is the location and low security deposit - they are a complete nightmare to deal with.
