I live in this complex, and am happy with the services I receive from the management. I even stupidly lost my keys in the craziness of moving in and they simply replaced the locks and gave me new keys. I am not sure what this person is talking about- the place is clean, newly redone and even has crown molding. Besides that, this is the best neighborhood with the friendliest people.

Yeah, you don't know what I'm talking about because you haven't moved yet, and had to deal with them. You probably won't be so happy when them when you do your walkthrough and they "find" damages you didn't cause. Good luck! I'm glad I'm out.
