I wouldn't recommend living at Manor/Horror House to anyone with half a brain. The management staff is a total nightmare and the dimwitted maintence staff is just as bad if not worse. I signed a one year lease and that was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. The office hours are from 11-6pm but often can't be reached during "office hours". Don't complain about things you may care about, otherwise it will fall upon deaf ears. If things do get "fixed" it's completed with a half ass attempt. Horrible management and maintence people at Manor House.
