We could not wait to get out of Manor House after our lease was up. Our mail/packages were always stolen, my bicycle would have been stolen if I hadn't randomly brought it inside one day.

The dumpster was always overflowing with people's old junky furniture and the parking lot was littered with glass and was usually full anyway, so you had to park way down the street.

Inside, there were bugs, the floors were crusty, ancient and falling apart, the air conditioning broke three times in August, and we could hear every word of our upstairs neighbor.

We were sucked in because of their liberal pet policy and cheap rent, but YOU deserve better.

p.s. Regarding the number of postings in the last couple days. I posted after one of my friends who also lived in Manor House posted and let me know about this forum--former residents are spreading the word. We're pretty sure that Manor House removed their ad from Craigslist after potential renters saw our feedback.
