I lived in Manor House literally longer than I lived anywhere except my parent's house growing up. I frankly can't understand some of the postings on here, as I never experienced any of the problems described. They are definitely not the norm, and in reality, probably the musings of some folks with serious axes to grind about everything, regardless of merit.
I rarely had maintenance issues, and if I did, they were immediately and properly addressed. I found the management team to be extremely friendly and always ready to help in any way. Minutes from Old Town, and close to the Hill, it's perfect for those who are looking for a nice place to live at a reasonable price, without having to travel from he boondocks everyday. Remember--all Rhodes lead to the Manor House.
