Manor House

Great place to call home From: obierenter Date posted: 8/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived at Manor House for just over a year and found it very difficult to leave. It was less than two miles from my office, was a few blocks away from tons of shops and restaurants, and gave me easy access to Metro DC. My apartment had enough space for all my stuff and the thick walls kept noise from other apartments in the building to a minimum. The building is incredibly dog friendly which is a rare find in the area. Also, if you're so inclined, there is a courtyard area you can use for get-togethers and barbecues. The parking is sparse in the designated apartment lot, but there is plenty of on-street parking in the neighborhood. The management was always quick to take care of any concerns I had with the apartment which were few. This place is a must see! I made a lot of friends in the building and will miss them dearly. So if you're considering Manor House, I hope you're friendly to all the great people I met there!
