We lived in Manor House for a year and really enjoyed our stay; the only reason we left was because we bought our own place. The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful---walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. It's a neighborhood with real character and feels safe and community-minded. Our apartment was renovated before we moved in and we liked the ambience both in and outside our apartment. The appliances and fixtures all worked well and so we didn't need to call for maintenance much but we found the management responsive and friendly whenever we had contact. The grounds are very well kept up and the pretty courtyard is a great place for a BBQ or an evening talking with neighbors. We especially appreciated the fact that it's an apartment building that is high quality and clean AND accepts well-mannered dogs; there's even a designated pet area in the back. It was a great renting experience...would definitely recommend it!
