I lived at Manor House for almost two years and it was a terrific experience. The apartment itself was clean and repainted with refinished floors when I moved in. Little details like crown molding and built-in china cabinets made it stand out from other apartments I had seen in the area. The management was incredibly responsive - better than any landlord I have dealt with in the past 10 years. When I had minor issues like a clog in the tub or a problem with my stove, they fixed it the day I called. The neighborhood is also great - walking distance to Braddock metro or a very short bus ride to King Street and plenty of shops, restaurants and food stores all withing walking distance - I lived there quite easily without a car. The grounds are kept up very nicely and I always felt safe in the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend the Manor House to friends.

What a joke, "details like crown molding and built-in china cabinets". Only management would plug the building like that. Obviously a plant...
